NEIGHBORHOOD New Year Items (x fragment design, Levi's LVC)

Scanned from Grind Vol.5. During New Year (2/1/2010), these items will be released from NEIGHBORHOOD in Japan. A nice collaboration yet again between NBHD and fragment design, and NBHD and Levi's. The limited Levi's LVC 1947's 501XX jeans are similar to Shinsuke's customized LVC 1933's 501XX that was released not long ago with major NBHD tweaks such as that of the stitchings on top of backpockets "Destroy Freedom", a NBHD motif. A skull stitching under the front left belt loop similar to Anchor Savage jeans.

JUICE SH --> 內地女富豪2000萬資助陳冠希開店

繼宣布從美國開始復出娛樂圈後，昨天記者獲悉，在內地女富豪的資助下，陳冠希將在上海再開潮店，規模比之前更大，每月租金高達6萬元，總投資400萬元。

“艷照門”後避走美國的陳冠希曾把自己潮流服飾公司交給幹弟弟潘世亨管理，結果上海分店今年5月就關門大吉。一直致力於潮流服飾事業的陳冠希不甘心，今年9月他回到香港四處尋找金主資助。最後，他找到一名內地女富豪，該女富豪出手闊綽，準備投資2000萬元讓他在內地開五家分店，而上海是頭炮。

昨天記者獲悉，新店選址在鉅鹿路上的獨棟帶花園三層小洋房，月租金高達6萬元。比老店只有兩層樓的規模大了一些，裝修花費了不少。記者昨天到正在裝修的店內查看，據正在裝修的工人透露，新店已裝修了近兩個月，將於本月26日左右完工。陳冠希親自來視察過，裝修工人看到他才知道原來他是這家店的老闆。

據悉，新店定在下月5日營業，陳冠希也將在11月底來滬準備其新店開業事宜。記者獲悉，他已經在外灘一家高級私人會所預訂了晚上的狂歡派對。 (東方早報)

3 Years of Quality Time

From the past 3 years, you always say me lack of some romantic, lack of suprise.. I know it's my responsible to make you feel happy always, and i always want to..

It's around 3-4pm something, we are starving as we woke up quite late every day LOLs... We headed to Jojo Pan Mee at Serdang Perdana, the pan mee there still taste good as it always do, only the white coffee needed to be better..

Then around 5pm we arrived at Pavilion KL as we took the Smart Tunnel Highway to avoid the jam (it's been a very smooth day ^^). We went to retrieve our movie ticket that I've booked earlier few days back.. This is what we watch that night:

After we get the ticket, we went for gai-gai..and then suddenly miss tai said her leg is pain as she's wearing high heel that day..sayang balik ar.. At the 1st time we find for place to chill out..

When nothing to do, this happens..

The dinner session had been floating around in ma mind since few weeks back. I had done many surveys had done on my friends.. Some recommend me Italian On Sixth, some said Delicious is good.. It really made me so so so headache.. My girl sumore don't want me to waste too much on that, but i knew that she likes to eat more than receive presents.. At last i chose Tony Roma's, it's world famous ribs manage to settle down the issue that i've been headache of..

Here's the header of the steak house.. The interior design is nice, it's kinda pack with people that night as it was Sunday night.. Lucky we manage to get a nice place as i had made a booking earlier..

Her "small" warm water and Beef soup and my Ice Latte..

This is their signature Half Onion Loaf (RM12.90), it is just marvelous and melts in your mouth... It's even cheaper if u ordered it with your main course..
